57 happy families already living in the estate of “Kalnenu Slenis” .

III stages are fully developed and accomodates families in this little town of low-rise construction cottages. In the rts stage there were 12 build and sold mcottages. Second stage compromises of 16 cottges and 5 individual houses build and sold. In the stage three 24 cottages were build and sold.
